LOG-S9 170 Ton*

The LOG-S9 170 ton is an affordable, high-precision, high-speed plastic injection molding machine that focuses on operational efficiency and productivity.

Its modular design, extensive tie-bar space, unique rigid third-platen flange, and highly adjustable ejector and L/D ratio enable a wider range of mold sizes, allowing for quick and easy mold changes. The new dual-cylinder injector provides increased pressure, resulting in improved surface finish and dimensional accuracy.

The 5-point dual-toggle mechanism has been redesigned to improve durability while applying high clamping forces directly, thereby reducing cavity deformation. The enlarged high-power servo-hydraulic system efficiently produces a clamping force of 170 metric tons. Its increased flow improves operating speed and cuts energy consumption by up to 80%.

The user-friendly control system handles all operational functions and utilizes well-known international components, facilitating easier maintenance and reducing downtime.

  • 1. The redesigned platens provide greater rigidity and expanded tie bar space, allowing for bigger molds and wider applications, resulting in improved cost-effectiveness.
  • 2. The optimized 5-point dual-toggle mechanism applies clamp force more directly to the molds, reducing cavity deformation and improving molding precision while providing efficient, energy-saving high force amplification.
  • 3. The moving and third plates’ pin hole limits relative movements, and its extended bearing distributes forces more evenly, leading to less wear and better rigidity and molding system precision.
  • 4. The modular ejector was repositioned and redesigned to offer more maintenance space for faster, easier disassembly and installation, and to improve parts ejection efficiency.
  • 5. The S9's operational efficiency has been improved due to the anti-tilting design of the moving plate’s runner and the extended guide bearing.

  • 1. Injection unit adopts double-cylinder design, more higher injection pressure, more simpler structure and lower malfunction rate.
  • 2. Enlarged-cylinder, adopting two-cylinder design, effectively prevent the adhesive- material leaking phenomenon caused by the machine vibration or other reasons while the nozzle is under high-speed operation.
  • 3. The new graphite-impregnated steel bushings improve wear resistance through more effective use of lubrication, reducing the need for lubricating oil and enhancing the cleanliness of the injection part.
  • 4. Injection cylinder adopts low-frictional seals, improving the response rate and improve the stability under the complicated processes of injection.
